When open to allow the natural light in, they manage to block up to 81% of the harmful UV rays from the sun that will bleach out your furnishings and decor. When they’re closed, they block up to 99%!

They materials also vary in levels of opacity, allowing you to choose something more sheer for a large space you want to keep light even with the blinds closed, and other rooms, like a bedroom, darker. There are four available operating systems that will allow you to decide on which best works with your home and lifestyle needs. We prefer the PowerView® Motorization option. With the download of the easy to learn and use app to your smartphone or tablet, you can set varying scenes for the rooms of your home, determining where you want your blinds at different times of day, or mood. Then they move like magic, with no extra thought or effort on your part! Best of all, the app will integrate with any home automation system you use to make your life easier and you can adjust the blinds without having to set aside your book or cup of coffee. It’s like magic, and you can even adjust your blinds when you’re far away from home through the app, so no one needs to know you’re gone.
The other options are just as simple, all without the use of messy and easy to tangle cords. The UltraGlide® system utilizes a single retractable wand that tucks away neatly to the side. The SoftTouch™ is battery operated to open and close with a light push or pull on a rod or cord, and the EasyRise™ is a single continuous loop that pulls smoothly to raise or lower your blinds.
